Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026. These Terms govern your use of Bankroll Lab. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
0. Who provides this service
Bankroll Lab is a project built by a small team ("Bankroll Lab team"), currently in the process of being set up as a sole proprietorship (EI — entreprise individuelle). The natural person identified as legally responsible for the purposes of these Terms is Damyan Kardashev. A company structure will be established in due course, at which point these Terms will be updated with the full company details (registered name, company number, VAT). Until then, any contractual or legal question can be sent to support@bankroll-lab.com.
1. Purpose
Bankroll Lab ("the Service") is a software tool for tracking and analysing MTT poker tournament results: ROI and variance calculations, bankroll management, staking/shot-selection tools, a stake grid generator, and action-sale tracking. The Service operates on data entered by the user.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, the user accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If they do not accept them, they must not use the Service.
3. User account
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information provided. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
4. Subscription, pricing and payment
The Service is offered as a paid subscription at the price shown on the Pricing page at the time of signup. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; Bankroll Lab never receives or stores card details. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods, not to periods already paid for.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the user has 14 days to withdraw from an online subscription. By subscribing, the user may expressly request immediate access to the Service and acknowledges that, in doing so, they waive their right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully supplied or its performance has started with their express consent.
6. Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund unless required by law. Bankroll Lab may suspend or terminate an account in case of fraud or breach of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The software, its code, design and brand belong to Bankroll Lab. Data entered by the user (tournament results, bankroll, history) belongs to them; Bankroll Lab claims no rights over it beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
8. What Bankroll Lab is not
Bankroll Lab is a management, tracking and calculation tool. It is not a gambling operator, does not accept wagers, does not facilitate real-money gambling, and does not hold gaming funds on behalf of the user or any third party. The Service does not encourage gambling and does not guarantee any financial outcome: its calculations (ROI, variance, EV, staking-grid recommendations) are statistical estimates based on the data provided, not financial advice or a promise of winnings.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Bankroll Lab does not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted and is not liable for gambling, staking or financial decisions the user makes based on information from the Service. To the extent permitted by law, Bankroll Lab's liability is capped at the amount paid by the user over the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, nor to mandatory statutory obligations (including data protection law) — under EU consumer law, such liability cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
10. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
Bankroll Lab may amend these Terms; any material change will be notified by email or on the site before it takes effect.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent Belgian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's place of residence.
